Kiriqoo is a Pan-African wellness and wealth ecosystem — a platform built to help people from Africa and the global African diaspora build wealth, heal their bodies, and free their minds. Kiriqoo is currently in pre-launch phase.

By joining the waitlist or using Kiriqoo, you confirm that:
Kiriqoo is open to everyone who shares our values — it is not limited to people of African heritage. Our platform is rooted in African wisdom and built to serve the African diaspora, but we welcome anyone ready to build wealth, heal the body, and free the mind.

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee early access, specific pricing, or any particular feature. We will do our best to reward early community members, but we make no binding commitments about waitlist-based benefits until they are formally announced.
You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected] with subject "Remove me from waitlist."
When using Kiriqoo — including the waitlist, any beta access, or any future platform features — you agree not to:
Kiriqoo is a community built on trust. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates the spirit of this community — not just the letter of these terms.
All content on the Kiriqoo website and platform — including text, design, logos, the Kiriqoo anthem, brand identity, the BARA Score concept, the AMANI certification concept, and all original written and visual content — is owned by Kiriqoo Inc. and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The name Kiriqoo, the tagline "Build Wealth. Live Well. Stay Rooted.", the BARA Score, and the AMANI Certification are trademarks of Kiriqoo Inc.
If you share Kiriqoo content on social media for the purpose of promoting the platform, you are welcome to do so with attribution to Kiriqoo.

Any financial information, educational content, or tools provided by Kiriqoo — including but not limited to budgeting tools, the BARA Score, financial literacy content, and susu circle guidance — are for educational and informational purposes only.
Kiriqoo is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, investment firm, or credit bureau. Nothing on our platform should be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or credit decisions.
Always seek the advice of a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions. Kiriqoo connects you with information and community — the decisions remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiriqoo Inc. and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kiriqoo in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the pre-launch waitlist period, where no payment has been made, our total liability shall not exceed CAD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Kiriqoo and request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].
Kiriqoo reserves the right to remove any person from the waitlist or platform who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or whose participation is harmful to the community — with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For EU and UK residents, nothing in these Terms removes your rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws, including GDPR rights.
Before taking legal action: If you have a dispute with Kiriqoo, please contact us at [email protected] first. We are a community-first company and we will always try to resolve issues directly, fairly, and quickly before escalation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada — except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms as Kiriqoo grows and launches. When we make material changes, we will:
